Excess Baggage Fees
Excess baggage fees apply only if you have already purchased a checked baggage allowance. Each bag must not exceed 32 kg. The Customer Connect Team cannot process baggage purchases within three hours of departure. To purchase checked baggage for the first time at the airport, please visit the airport check-in counter.
