How to Use Miles Plus Cash on HK Express
Before Booking 
Please sign in to your HK Express account and link it with your Cathay membership under ‘My Social & Cathay Account’ in your profile.
Book Your Ticket 
1. Select flights and extras, proceed to the payment page and choose Miles Plus Cash.
2. Use the slider bar or type in the amount of Asia Miles and cash you would like to use.
3. Pay the balance with credit card, and you'll instantly receive your confirmed ticket.
Full Miles for Flight Ticket
Use Asia Miles to redeem HK Express flights tickets.
How to Use Full Miles on HK Express
Before Booking
Please sign in to your HK Express account and link it with your Cathay membership under ‘My Social & Cathay Account’ in your profile.
Book Your Ticket
1. Go to ‘Full Miles for Flight Ticket’ page, select flights and proceed to the payment page.
2. Pay the taxes, surcharges and extras with credit card, and you'll instantly receive your confirmed ticket.

Earn Miles For More Rewards
Standard Chartered Cathay Mastercard® Offer
More miles mean more rewards. As a cardholder of Standard Chartered Cathay Mastercard, you can enjoy an exclusive earn rate of up to HKD2 = 1 Asia Mile* for eligible spending on HK Express (including the cash spending when you pay with 'Miles Plus Cash' / 'Full Miles with Flight Ticket' for HK Express flights).
For every HKD8,000 accumulated eligible spending made directly with Cathay and HK Express, the Cardholders can earn:
- Basic Miles: 2,000 Asia Miles (HKD4 = 1 Asia Mile for eligible spending on online spending categories); and
- Extra Miles: 2,000 Asia Miles
Therefore, the Cardholders may earn a total of 4,000 Asia Miles, equivalent to HKD2 = 1 Asia Mile.
