Infused with the spirit of the annual Cheung Chau Bun Festival, the buns’ “Ping On” theme – peace, good health, and fortune – brought heartfelt blessings to customers as they boarded our flights. HK Express also delivered a special in-flight announcement introducing the Cheung Chua Bun Festival, turning the flight experience into a moment of cultural discovery and celebration, connecting customers from various countries with local HK tradition. In addition, HK Express and Kwok Kam Kee distributed limited-edition plush toy keychains featuring the “Ping On” bun, presenting intangible cultural heritage with an innovative twist.
