Step 2: Link Your Cathay Member account

• Log in to your MyUO Account using your registered email address or phone number and password. After logging in, select ‘My Cathay Account’ and click ‘Link my Cathay and MyUO accounts’ to link your Cathay membership account.
• The full name, email address and phone number registered with your Cathay membership account must match those in your MyUO account profile; otherwise, the accounts cannot be linked.
• Once MyUO and Cathay accounts are successfully linked, your Cathay membership number and Asia Miles balance will be displayed in "My Cathay Account”, indicating that the linking process is complete.
