Passengers aged 11 or above holding electronic travel documents* and departing from Hong Kong on HK Express flights are eligible to participate in the Hong Kong International Airport’s Express Bag Drop pilot program. By using the HK Express mobile app, passengers can conveniently complete a one-stop check-in process and register for a ‘Flight Token’ between 48 hours and 75 minutes before departure. Upon arriving at Aisle U, Terminal 2 of Hong Kong International Airport, passengers can enjoy a seamless, fully self-service baggage check-in experience between 24 hours and 75 minutes before departure.

*For e-passport issued by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the issue date must be on or after June 2019 to be eligible.
