How to purchase and pick up your SIM cards
Dedicated APAC 24-Hour Data Pass” (“Pass”) is valid for 180 days from the SIM activation. Any unused Pass will be forfeited, and you will not be compensated in any way. Pass will be activated automatically on your arrival at the applicable destination and will remain valid for 24 hours. When the data usage reached 500MB, speed will be capped at 512Kbps. When the Pass is ended, another Pass will be activated automatically (if any) if you were in the applicable destination. For details: www.hkcsl.com/en/travel_prepaid_sim.
1. Pre-order your SIM Card during Initial booking of your flight or via "Manage My Booking". Present your boarding pass to our cabin crew onboard for identity verification and pick up your pre-ordered SIM card.
2. Approach our cabin crew to purchase and collect SIM cards inflight*.
*Starting from 17 December, 2024, the accepted payment methods onboard will be UnionPay, VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and Octopus.

The card is applicable to Mainland China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Macau, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand, India, Indonesia, The Philippines, Cambodia and other Dedicated Asia Pacific destinations.
