HK Express is aware of recent cases involving communications claiming to be from HK Express that have been distributed through emails, SMS messages, websites, social media accounts and other communication channels. These messages may direct customers to suspicious websites or attempt to obtain personal or payment information.
HK Express takes this matter seriously and has reported it to the relevant law enforcement authorities. Passengers are reminded to verify any refund, compensation or reimbursement arrangements solely through official HK Express communication channels.
If you receive a message claiming to be from HK Express, please check the sender’s email address and website domain against those listed on the official HK Express website. If you have any doubts about its authenticity, do not click on any links, open any attachments or scan any QR codes, and do not disclose personal information, login credentials, passwords, one-time passwords (OTPs) or credit card details. In addition to messages concerning refunds, compensation or reimbursements, please remain vigilant about messages relating to flight arrangements, surveys, reward claims or promotional offers, particularly those asking you to provide information, log in to an account or make a payment. Please verify the authenticity of any such message through official HK Express channels before taking further action.
If you suspect that fraudulent activity is involved, you are advised to cease all interaction immediately, retain all relevant information and records, and report the matter to the police.

In accordance with the latest regulations issued by the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO), effective from 29 March, 2026 at 00:00 (HKTime), each passenger is permitted to carry up to two lithium battery-powered power banks onboard. The use of lithium battery power banks to charge other portable electronic devices and/or recharge power banks during flight is prohibited. Additionally, passengers are not allowed to stow power banks in the overhead compartments.

All passengers (except specified individuals) must complete the eTravel registration on the designated website, https://etravel.gov.ph, at least 72 hours before arriving in the Philippines to meet local entry requirements. For more details, please refer to the official website.
Passengers are kindly advised to arrive at their boarding gate at Hong Kong International Airport 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time, considering the time required for security procedures and gate distances. Please note that certain gates may require passengers to take an automatic people mover or shuttle bus in order to reach them, which may take 30 minutes or more.
