Cathay Membership Account Linking and Redemption Offer

 

HK Express and Cathay are launching a new miles promotion. For every 20,000 miles or more spent using "Miles Plus Cash," you can enjoy a rebate reward of 2,500 miles*!

Simply log into your MyUO account and link it to your Cathay membership account. During the promotional period, Use "Miles Plus Cash" on the HK Express official website to redeem HK Express flight tickets and extras (including baggage, food and drinks, seat selection, U-First). For each transaction of 20,000 miles or more, you will earn a rebate of 2,500 miles; for every 40,000 miles or more spent, you will earn a rebate of 5,000 miles, and so on.

Promotion Period: From 22 February, 2024, 00:00 to 6 March,2024,23:59.

How to Link Your MyUO Account and Your Cathay member account:

Step 1: Register as a MyUO member and Cathay member

  • Please click here to register as a MyUO member.
  • Please click here to register as a Cathay member.
  • Ensure the same profile name and email address are registered under both member account, otherwise the relevant accounts will not be linked.
  • If you are an exiting member and confirmed member details are synced, please skip to step 2.

Step 2: Link your Cathay member account

  • Enter your registered email/phone number and password to log in to your MyUO Account. After logging in, you may select "My Social & Cathay Account" and press the button "Link my Cathay and MyUO accounts" to link your Cathay member account.
  • The full name and email address registered for your Cathay member must match with the personal profile of your MyUO account, otherwise the relevant accounts will not be linked.
  • Once MyUO and Cathay accounts are successfully linked, your Cathay membership number and Asia Miles balance will be displayed in "My Cathay Account". This indicates the completion of the linking process.

Step 3: Use Miles to redeem HK Express ticket

  • Use “Miles Plus Cash” to purchase HK Express tickets and extras (including extras such as baggage, food and drinks, seat selection, U-First). You can enjoy a rebate of 2,500 miles for every 20,000 miles spend on the same transaction*.
