How to purchase and pick up your SIM cards
1. Pre-order your SIM Card during Initial booking of your flight or via "Manage My Booking". Present your boarding pass to our cabin crew onboard for identity verification and pick up your pre-ordered SIM card.
2. Approach our cabin crew to purchase and collect SIM cards inflight*.
*Starting from September 1, 2023, the accepted payment methods onboard will be Octopus Card, VISA, and Mastercard.
