How To Redeem
Step 1 - Receive Email
Your redemption code have been sent to your registered email address. Click on the Redeem Now button at the bottom of this page to redirect to the redemption page.
Step 2 - Enter Redemption Code
Enter your Redemption Code from the email and click on Search button. Once verified you will be directed to the Flight Search page.
Step 3 - Flight Search
Input the origin “Hong Kong (HKG)” and the destination as stated on your email and select your preferred travel dates within the designated travel period. Click Find flights to proceed with the booking flow.
Step 4 - Select Your Flight
Select flight that is HKD 0 with a label “Free ticket sponsored by AAHK”. Please note that tax and surcharges apply. You can also add Extras (such as baggage, meal and seat selection, etc.) to the booking.
*A HKD 1 system adjustment will be applied on each segment. However, this is for system setting purpose and will not be charged.
Step 5 - Payment
Once your Redemption Code has been verified, fill in your payment info for payment of tax, surchages and the Extras you have added in.
Step 6 - Complete Your Booking
Accept our policies by checking the box, click Pay Now to complete your booking. You are now all set and will receive booking confirmation email from us.
*A HKD 1 system adjustment will be applied on each segment. However, this is for system setting purpose and will not be charged.
