1. Seat layouts may vary by aircraft. If an operational change requires us to use a different aircraft, your assigned seat may differ from the one selected at booking. While we may not always be able to notify you in advance, please rest assured that we will do our best to provide you with the same seat number and seat category wherever possible.

If your seat selection is removed due to a voluntary flight change, the original seat selection fee can be applied toward Extras (excluding insurance) or any fare difference within the same transaction. Please note that any unused balance will be forfeited if it is not used immediately during the change.

6. Please note: All seats on A321neo aircraft are non-reclining. On other aircraft types, some seats may also be non-reclining based on the specific configuration
Emergency Exit Row requirements are governed by the safety guidelines of the Civil Aviation Department of Hong Kong. Passsengers may be assigned these seats only if they do not obstruct the emergency exits or impede the crew in performing their duties, accessing emergency equipment, or conducting an evacuation, and if they meet the following safety requirements:
1. Willing and fully capable—both physically and mentally—to operate the emergency exit in the event of an evacuation.
2. Capable of understanding printed or graphical instructions, as well as oral commands, in the event of an evacuation.
3. At least 18 years of age
4. Not to be seated with an infant
5. Do not require the use of an extension seat belt
6. Not a customer with reduced mobility, this includes:
1. Extra seats may be purchased for personal comfort only. Using the extra seat to transport or store personal items or additional baggage is not permitted.
2. Please note that extra seats can only be purchased by booking through our Customer Connect Team and making the request at the time of booking. To arrange adjacent seats, advance seat assignment is required, and the relevant fees will be applied to your booking.
