HK Express Enhances Multi-channels Customer Care

by Adding WhatsApp Business Account to Foster Communications with Its Customers

HK Express, Hong Kong’s only low-cost carrier, recently added its official WhatsApp Business account, as an additional solution on top of its existing communications channels which include Live Chat, WeChat and email, offering more convenient options for its customers.

As part of HK Express’ commitment to enhance the customer care experience, the new chat service offers its customers seamless, borderless access to the airline’s live support team via the WhatsApp number (+852) 3951 7229. From booking inquiries to frequently asked questions, and general customer service requests, passengers from anywhere in the world can submit requests and questions via this Whatsapp channel.

Accessible for all WhatsApp users, the service will be available in five languages – English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean and Japanese – and active daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Hong Kong time.
