HK Express Flights Disruption Travel Advisory

As Airport Authority Hong Kong will continue to implement flight rescheduling, HK Express has cancelled the following flights on 14 August 2019.

An immediate notification about the flight status is being made via registered emails and SMS. Guests who are booked on the affected flights can select one of the following options:
- Option 1: Change the travel schedule to the same destination, departing within 14 days of original departure date
- No change fee applies
- Fare difference will be waived
- Option 2: Change to a new destination of HK Express network, departing within 14 days of original departure date
- No change fee applies
- Fare difference applies
- Option 3: Full refund (applicable to flight cancellations only)
One-time change without change fee is applicable to the above options. The above change is subject to seats availability.
