Due to the current circumstances in Hong Kong causing impact on the operations of Hong Kong International Airport, HK Express confirms that five scheduled flights have been cancelled while some flights have been delayed today.

An immediate notification about the flight status is being made via registered emails and SMS. Guests who are booked on the cancelled flights can select one of the following three options:
One-time change without change fee is applicable to the above options. The above change is subject to seats availability. In the meantime, HK Express’ in-town check-in counter at both Hong Kong and Kowloon Station have been temporarily closed today. HK Express urges its guests to visit the airport’s website www.hongkongairport.com for the confirmed flight time before departing to the airport. The guests are also recommended to allow sufficient time to get to the airport. HK Express will continue communicating with concerned authorities on the situation and will closely monitor the resources and manpower support. Should there be any changes in the flight schedule, HK Express will issue an update as soon as possible.
