Tropical Cyclone Lekima Advisory - HK Express Flights (Update)

As Tropical Cyclone Lekima is hitting Ishigaki posing potential threats, HK Express announced the below flight cancellations between Hong Kong and Ishigaki between 8 - 10 August 2019 to ensure the safety of guests and crew members. Details are as below:

An immediate notification about the flight status is being made to the affected guests via registered email and SMS with the below options for their consideration:
- Option 1: Change the travel schedule to the same destination, departing within 14 days of original departure date
- No change fee applies
- Fare difference will be waived
- Option 2: Change to a new destination of HK Express network, departing within 14 days of original departure date
- No change fee applies
- Fare difference applies
- Option 3: Full refund
One-time change without change fee is applicable to the above options 1 & 2. The above change is subject to seats availability.
