To attend the Canton Fair, all buyers must first register on the official website and obtain a Buyer Entry Badge (Buyer Pass). Follow the steps below to complete the application:

After completing the pre-application, log in to the Buyer E-Service Tool, go to “My Canton Fair” > “My Buyer Badge”, and download or print the Pre-application Receipt.
When you arrive at the Canton Fair venue, bring the following documents to the Overseas Buyer Registration Office to collect your Buyer Badge for free:
The Buyer Badge is valid for over one year and can be used for future sessions of the Canton Fair.

Upon arrival at Guangzhou Pazhou Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal, follow the signs to the exit. Take the escalator down one level, turn right, and walk approximately 200 meters to reach the exhibition complex across the street. Cross the pedestrian crossing and proceed through the passageway towards the building to reach the security checkpoint. Once you pass security, you will enter the exhibition hall.
