Due to the approaching Super Typhoon Mangkhut and its associated bad weather conditions, HK Express announced that flight operations are likely to be affected on 16 and 17 September. Guests who are booked on those flights can select either one of the following options:
Option 1: Change of travel schedule departing within 14 days from the original departure schedule
Option 2: Change to a new route of HK Express network departing within 14 days from the original departure schedule
Option 3: Full fare refund
The above change is subject to seats availability and must be made before the original departure date.
