HK Express Flights Advisory Super Typhoon Mangkhut

Due to the approaching Super Typhoon Mangkhut and its associated bad weather conditions, HK Express announced that flight operations are likely to be affected on 16 and 17 September.  Guests who are booked on those flights can select either one of the following options:

Option 1: Change of travel schedule departing within 14 days from the original departure schedule

  • No change Fee applies
  • Fare difference will be waived

Option 2: Change to a new route of HK Express network departing within 14 days from the original departure schedule

  • No change fee applies
  • Fare difference applies

Option 3: Full fare refund

The above change is subject to seats availability and must be made before the original departure date. For the change arrangement or any enquiry, guests are advised to reach us via live chat on our ‘Contact Us’ page, or contact our Call Centre at (852) 3902 0288 or via email guest.relations@hkexpress.com.   

HK Express will continue to monitor the situation closely and will issue further updates should there be any other changes to the flight schedule. Guests are recommended to check the latest flight status on Hong Kong International Airport’s website www.hongkongairport.com or the HK Express’ official website www.hkexpress.com before departing for the airport.
