How to book your Airport Express Tickets?  

1. Complete your online check-in 

   Passengers can complete online check-in from 48 hours to 75 minutes before departure. Online check-in is available for all flights (except for flights departing from Phu Quoc, Ningbo and Sanya, Changzhou, Guiyang and Yiwu)

2. Click on the Airport Express section 

   Click on the Airport Express add-on on your online check-in page and enjoy 15% off on Airport Express tickets.

3. Book your Airport Express tickets 

   Select your preferred journey type (single trip/ round trip), station (Hong Kong/ Kowloon/ Tsing Yi), and proceed to payment.

Terms and Conditions

1. Customers can purchase Airport Express tickets during online check-in (opens 48 hours before and closes 75 minutes before the scheduled departure time), and enjoy 15% off on add-on Airport Express Tickets (based on original fare price).  
2. Customers are advised to check the selected ticket type before payment checkout.
3. All bookings of Airport Express tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged for other tickets or redeemed for cash once the purchase order is confirmed.
4. The Airport Express Single Journey Ticket must be used within 90 days from the date of purchase.
5. The first journey of the Airport Express Round Trip Ticket must be used within 90 days from the date of purchase; the second journey must be completed within 30 days from the date of the first journey.

7. HK Express is not the provider of the Airport Express service and shall not be responsible or liable for any issues, disruptions, delays, damages, losses, accidents, or disputes arising from or in connection with the use of such third-party service. Any claims or enquiries relating to the Airport Express service should be directed to the relevant service provider.
8. HK Express and MTR Corporation Limited reserves the right to suspend, amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time and at their sole discretion, without prior notice or liability.
9. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
