AXA SmartProtect Plus Product Highlight
Adaptable to All Needs and Budgets
Lite Plan offers essential protection; Standard, Premier and Elite Plans provide extra benefits and various premium discounts.
Under individual coverage, a multi-insured discount2 is offered. 2 to 4 insured persons in one policy will receive 10% discount, 5 or more insured persons in one policy will receive 15% discount.
On top of that, additional no claim discount2 is available for 1 year with no claim at 5%, 2 consecutive years with no claim at 10%, and 3 or more consecutive years with no claim at 15%.
Accidental medical expenses2
Expenses for general practitioners, Chinese herbalists, bonesetters and acupuncturists are covered with a limit on per accident basis, with no limit on number of accidents; expenses for chiropractors and physiotherapists are also covered with a limit on per policy year.
One Solution for Three Generations’ Lifetime Protection
A single policy can cover 3 generations of family members, with first enrolment from 6 months to 80 years old, and no age limit for renewal3
- Elderly will get HKD40,000 cash benefit for broken bone2
- Each child and elderly will get double daily hospital cash and home nursing allowance2
- Under shared coverage2, pay for one child and subsequent children are covered for free
Safety Net for Accidental Death and Permanent Disablement
A lump sum payment is provided for accidental death and permanent disability, starting with HKD600,000 for the Lite Plan; and up to HKD2,000,000 for other plans at your choice. The benefit will be doubled in case of an accident in the GBA outside HK.

- The benefits of ‘multi-insured discount’, ‘no claim discount’, ‘accidental medical expenses’, ‘broken bone’, ‘daily hospital cash and home nursing allowance’ and ‘shared coverage’ are not applicable to the Lite Plan.
- There is no age limit for renewal, but it is subject to AXA’s underwriting decision and other conditions set forth in General Conditions Clause 11(d) and (e) of the Policy Wording. The renewal premium and terms and conditions may not be the same as the expiring policy.
