How to Link Your MyUO Account and Your Cathay member account:
Step 1: Register as a MyUO member and Cathay member
- Please click here to register as a MyUO member.
- Please click here to register as a Cathay member.
- Ensure the same full name, email address and phone number are used for both accounts; otherwise, the accounts cannot be linked.
- If you are an existing member and have confirmed that member details are synced, please proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Link Your Cathay Member account
- Log in to your MyUO Account using your registered email address or phone number and password. After logging in, select ‘My Cathay Account’ and click ‘Link my Cathay and MyUO accounts’ to link your Cathay membership account.
- The full name, email address and phone number registered with your Cathay membership account must match those in your MyUO account profile; otherwise, the accounts cannot be linked.
- Once MyUO and Cathay accounts are successfully linked, your Cathay membership number and Asia Miles balance will be displayed in "My Cathay Account”, indicating that the linking process is complete.
Step 3: Use Miles to redeem HK Express ticket
- Use “Miles Plus Cash” to purchase HK Express tickets and extras (including extras such as baggage allowance, pre-book inflight meals, seat selection, and more). Spend a minimum of 7,000 miles in a single transaction to earn a 15% miles rebate*.
