How to Buy
Step 1: Visit https://www.hkexpress.com/campaign/doubleuppass or click the “Book Now” button above.
Step 2: Click “Purchase Now” on the Double Up Pass page.
Step 3: Sign in to your MyUO account, or register instantly if you’re new. Please ensure that the name on your MyUO account matches the name on your passport.
Step 4: Your name will be automatically pre-filled from your MyUO account. Simply enter your date of birth and contact details, review your order, and complete the payment.
Step 5: Check your confirmation email, where you’ll receive your unique voucher codes for Upfront Seat Selection and HK Express Priority.
Step 6: Save your voucher codes and apply them to your existing or future bookings to select an Upfront Seat and enjoy HK Express Priority service.
How to Use Your Credit Voucher
Each credit voucher is valid from the date of issuance until 31 December 2026 (inclusive).
Follow the simple steps below to apply your credit vouchers during initial booking, Manage My Booking, or Online Check-in:
Step 1: Book a new flight and proceed to Add Extras, or access an existing booking via Manage My Booking and select Add Extras.
Step 2: Select Priority+ / Priority Service and choose your preferred Upfront Seat.
Step 3: Choose “Retrieve Voucher” as your payment method.
Step 4: Copy the credit voucher code from your Double Up Pass confirmation email
Step 5: Paste the credit voucher code, then click “Add” followed by “Apply” to redeem.
Notes:
- Credit vouchers must be redeemed by the Double Up Pass holder and may be used for companions travelling under the same booking, but not for passengers travelling separately.
- The booking must include the Double Up Pass holder, with the passenger name exactly matching the name used when purchasing the Double Up Pass.
- Credit vouchers are valid for travel on or before 31 December 2026. Unused or expired vouchers will not be extended or refunded.
- A maximum of two (2) credit vouchers of each type may be used per booking (i.e. up to two HK Express Priority and two Upfront Seat credit vouchers).
- Each credit voucher is valid for one-time use in a single booking transaction only. Any unused balance will be automatically forfeited.
- If a credit voucher does not fully cover the booking amount, the remaining balance must be paid using a credit card or a supported digital wallet via the HK Express website or mobile app.

How to Use Your Priority Access to Gotta Go Super Sales
You can get exclusive early access to Gotta Go Super Sale campaigns in Q1 and Q2 of 2026.
Step 1: Eligible passengers will receive a reminder email from HK Express at least three hours before the priority booking to the Gotta Go Super Sale begins.
Step2: When the priority booking period officially starts, an announcement will be made on HK Express’s website and across HK Express’s official social media channels. Simply visit the designated webpage at the start time to begin the booking process.
Step3: You’ll be prompted to log in to your MyUO account. Please note that you must log in via the dedicated link so we can verify your identity and unlock your priority access.
Step 4: Once verified, you’ll be one step ahead and ready to secure your Gotta Go Super Sale fares.

- The Credit vouchers must be redeemed by the Double Up Pass holder (the individual whose MyUO Account was used for purchase) and companion(s) travelling together under the same booking, but not those traveling separately.
- Credit Voucher is valid to redeem for travel on/or before 31 December 2026. Unused / Expired Credit vouchers will not be extended or refunded.

- The Double Up Pass and its associated benefits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be resold or used for commercial purposes.

- When do I need to use the credit vouchers?
Each credit voucher is valid from the date of issuance until 31 December 2026. The final flight segment in the booking must depart on or before the voucher’s expiry date.
- Can I use the credit vouchers across different bookings, or must they be used in the same booking?
You may use the credit vouchers across multiple bookings or within a single booking. A maximum of two (2) credit vouchers of each type may be used per booking. For example, you may apply up to two HK Express Priority credit vouchers and two Upfront Seat credit vouchers in the same booking (i.e., up to four (4) credit vouchers in total per booking).
- Can I transfer the credit vouchers to others?

- Can I use part of the credit voucher value and save the balance for later?
No. Each credit voucher is valid for one-time use only. Any unused balance will be automatically forfeited after redemption.
- What if the service fee exceeds the credit voucher value?
If the total fee exceeds the credit voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid using a credit card or supported digital wallet via the HK Express website or mobile app. For example, if an Upfront Seat costs HKD 110 and the credit voucher value is HKD 100, you will need to pay the remaining HKD 10.
