Baggage Voucher^ Redemption Notice & Terms
- Each eligible booking will receive one baggage voucher after the ticket booking is completed
- Eligible passengers will receive a notification email within 5 days after the promotion ends, and a separate email containing the baggage voucher redemption code by 1 February 2026.
How to redeem your baggage voucher:
- Go to Manage My Booking and add checked baggage
- Proceed to payment
- On the Payment Details page, select Redeem Voucher and enter the voucher code
- Click Pay Now to complete the purchase
