Emergency Exit Row requirements are subject to safety guidelines of the Civil Aviation Department of Hong Kong. A Customer may be assigned such seat if he/she will not obstruct emergency exits in a way of impeding the crew in their duties, obstructing access to emergency equipment, or hindering aircraft evacuation and meets the following safety requirements:

2. Credit voucher Redemption Rules

The Credit vouchers must be redeemed by the Double up pass holder (the individual whose MyUO Account was used for purchase) and companion(s) travelling together under the same booking, but not those traveling separately.

Credit Voucher is valid to redeem for travel on/or before 31 December 2026. Unused / Expired Credit vouchers will not be extended or refunded.
\n
Ensure the booking includes the Double up pass holder, with the passengers full name exactly matching the name used to purchase the Double up pass.
\n
A maximum of two (2) credit vouchers of each type (i.e., up to two HK Express Priority and two Upfront Seat credit vouchers) can be used per booking.
\n
Each credit voucher is valid for one-time use in a single booking transaction only. Any unused balance will be automatically forfeited.
\n
If the credit voucher is insufficient to cover the full amount required for a booking, the outstanding balance must be settled with a credit card or digital wallet as required by HK Express on the official website or mobile app.
