Simple Steps to Link Your MyUO and Cathay Membership Accounts:
Step 1: Register as a MyUO member and Cathay member
- Please click here to register as a MyUO member.
- Please click here to register as a Cathay member.
- Ensure the same profile name, email address, and phone number are registered under both member account, otherwise the relevant accounts will not be linked.
- If you are an existing member and have confirmed that member details are synced, please proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Link Your Cathay Member account
- Log in to your MyUO Account using your registered email/phone number and password. After logging in, select ‘My Cathay Account’ and click on ‘Link my Cathay and MyUO accounts’ to link your Cathay member account.
- The full name, email address, and phone number registered with your Cathay member account must match those in your MyUO account profile*; otherwise, the accounts will not be linked.
* If you only provided email address during the registration of your MyUO account earlier, please log in to your MyUO account, then select 'Profile Update' in the upper right corner to add and verify your phone number (it must be the same as the phone number registered in your Cathay member account). - Once your MyUO and Cathay accounts are successfully linked, your Cathay membership number and Asia Miles balance will be displayed under ‘My Cathay Account’, indicating the completion of the linking process.
Step 3: Use Miles to redeem HK Express ticket
- Purchase HK Express tickets or include other services (such as checked baggage, meal services, seat selection, etc.) using “Miles Plus Cash”. Spend a minimum of 2,000 miles in a single transaction and receive a HKD 100 Credit Voucher for Extras*!
